honestly me didn't understand japanesse but introduction use picture.
step 1:
wash face/clean face.
step 2:
wet mask
step 3:
take on ur nose ,forehead area and leave it 10 minute.....
finish.............................

It is nice to hear your honest opinion about this product maybe it just does not meet your skin needs and you can always try another brand and then review it again.
